Payment schedule (includes continental breakfast, buffet lunch, and coffee breaks for all five conference days; transportation from the airport to your hotel in Waikiki and back; daily transport from selected Waikiki points to the conference venues and back; and transportation on the tour to selected points around the island of Oahu. It does not include admission to the Polynesian Cultural Center (which might approximate $80 for dinner and show):
For overseas participants: If payment is received by June 30, 2011: $300; (ii) Between July 1 and August 1: $325; (iii) If payment is received after August 1: $350.
For Hawaii participants: (includes only the above-mentioned meals): $150 (up to June 30); $175 (if payment is received between July 1 and August 1); and $200 (if payment t is received after August 1).
